I spent New Years eve at this property and had a wonderful experience. The resort itself is top notch. They have multiple pools (including one indoors), indoor put put, a lazy river, and more. Right outside of the resort is multiple restaurants and a movie theater and down a little bit is some carnival rides (ferris wheel, etc.). The listing provided was very accurate. The condo was nicely maintained with a well stocked kitchen. There is a flat screen TV that was perfect for watching movies and a great view of the ocean from the balcony. There was a fantastic fireworks show at midnight that the city of Daytona put on and we had the perfect view without having to deal with any chaos. It was a great way to bring in the new year. I did not have any problems with the owners or the condo itself during my stay and would recommend this property to friends in a heart beat.
